In-person consultations are best. Kathy believes that meeting the family and observing the dog’s behaviors first-hand provide important information. But in cases in which geography makes this impossible or the dog’s behavior makes this too risky, Kathy will offer a consultation via Zoom. 

The initial 90-minute Zoom consultation for a new client is $350. $50 of this is a non-refundable deposit which serves to lock in the appointment; it is due as soon as the appointment is scheduled and is payable by Venmo, Zelle or PayPal. Kathy books these appointments Tuesday–Friday between 9:30 AM–5:00 PM (Pacific US Time), typically ~4-6 weeks in advance.

Follow-up appointments for continuing clients are typically one-hour long; the fee is $150/hour.
